    1. thank you. thank you. thank you for this link. It such an important thing. Sometimes its hard to do. It’s much easier to hold your breath and be frozen. I think this will help alot of people. Especially the idea that you can be in the moment, and the moment is what is happening now, but you are still in the previous moment. You see, that’s deep.

      1. So deep, but from you with such clarity. Stay back in that moment, and stay with the shock, the awe, the disappointment, or fear. And when we Stop Holding Our Breath, we say yes to something new!

  4. One of the best lists I’ve seen, agree with all of those. Particularly notebook and coffee. Still working on the last one, though, but thanks to the other points I’m improving there, too. πŸ™‚
